2018_BRODE Capital acquires dental clinic VITALDENT

PRAGUE, September 2018 - The investment portfolio of Luxembourg based private equity fund BRODE Capital was successfully enlarged by an acquisition of a privately-owned dental clinic VITALDENT s.r.o., which provides complex dental care in modern premises located in the Silesian metropolis Ostrava.


The VITALDENT team of stomatology specialists main focus is on high quality dental care, including the preventive dental care and on sensitive, individual approach to each patient.    


The main objectives of the development strategy of VITALDENT are provision of high-quality dental care, including the preventive care and the use of modern stomatology technologies. The VITALDENT team highly values the continuous education and actively implements new dental and dental care related services such as dental hygiene, airflow technology or also a dental jewelry.
